Retention
If we cannot offer you a position, we will retain the data you send us for up to six months, for the purpose of answering any questions related to your application or its rejection.
If we find your application materials interesting in general, however, and we merely do not have a suitable position for you at the present time, you hereby grant us consent to retain and save your data for this future use. This will enable us to contact you if we have a suitable vacancy in future.
Data security
The security of our system is very important to us. We use modern data storage and security methods to ensure that your data receives optimal protection. All systems in which personal data is saved are protected against unauthorized access and are only accessible to a small group of HR administrators.
Please note, however, that due to its nature, we cannot guarantee full security of e-mail communication. Therefore, to ensure your application materials are optimally protected against abuse by third parties, we recommend creating a password-protected ZIP archive and sending us your personal password separately.

Withdrawing consent – data information and requests for changes – deleting and blocking data
